Maple Iced Microwave Muffins and Celebrity Fragrances: Round Two

1. Confetti cake in a mug!

A very unusual dessert, as not every cake can be prepared in a mug in a couple of minutes!:) We strongly recommend you to try it, it will surprise you.
INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp granulated sugar
Pinch of salt (very small pinch)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup almond or coconut milk (at your discretion, you can use the usual)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
2 teaspoons topping powder
1 teaspoon Corleto peanut butter

PREPARATION

In a regular mug, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Make a small depression and add the milk, vanilla and butter. Mix until completely blended.

Put in the microwave for 90 seconds at 70-80% power (adjust as needed depending on the heat/power of your microwave). Serve warm with a spoonful of frozen yogurt or ice cream, adding peanut butter.

2. Cupcake with chocolate chips

At first glance, the recipe is familiar to everyone, but the secret lies in its content 😉
INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp brown sugar
3 drops of vanilla extract
Small pinch of salt
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup flour
2 heaped tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon Corleto peanut butter, soft

PREPARATION

Start by melting the butter in the microwave. The butter just needs to be melted, not boiled.

Add sugar, vanilla and salt. Mix well.

Separate the white and add the yolk to the cup. Mix well.

Add the flour, then mix again.

Add the chocolate and stir. We recommend that you also add peanut butter to the dough for an unusual taste and a more delicate texture.

Cook in the microwave for 40-60 seconds, start checking the bottom after 40 seconds. We cooked for 50 seconds. Do not cook for more than one minute, otherwise it will be dry or even burn!

Garnish with a spoonful of peanut butter and chocolate on top.

Serve warm.
3. Brownies in a mug in 5 minutes

One of the most delicious and simple brownies you can think of!
INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup flour (30 g)
1/4 cup sugar (50 g)
2 tbsp (13 g) cocoa (natural, unsweetened)
A pinch of salt
A tiny pinch of cinnamon
1/4 cup water (60 ml)
2 tbsp rapeseed, vegetable or ghee oil
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 small spoonful of ice cream or 1 or 2 teaspoons of heavy whipped cream
1 teaspoon Corleto peanut butter

PREPARATION

Add the dry ingredients to the mug and mix: flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and cinnamon. Mix as thoroughly as possible with a fork or spoon.
Add the following ingredients and mix: butter, water and vanilla.
Place in the microwave and heat on high heat until the mixture is cooked, about 1 minute and 40 seconds for a 1000 watt microwave oven or 1 minute and 10 seconds for a 1650 watt microwave oven.

You may have to experiment with the cooking time due to the different power of the microwaves, we recommend starting at 60 seconds and increasing until the brownie is ready. IMPORTANT! It should stay moist.

Once the brownie is ready, mix a ball of ice cream or whipped cream with a soft peanut paste and add to the mug!

Such a simple dessert can be prepared even by children!
4. Chocolate fudge S’mores

INGREDIENTS

2-3 tablespoons cracker crumbs
3 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
a little milk chocolate (finely chopped or in pieces)
cream or real marshmallows
Corleto peanut butter

PREPARATION

1. Mix 3 tablespoons of butter, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and chocolate in a small bowl, then melt in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Set it aside. In a mug, mix the remaining melted butter with 2-3 tablespoons of cracker crumbs and mix. Press the cracker crumbs into the bottom of the mug.

2. In a bowl, whisk the egg, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa, and mix until a thick dough forms. Pour in the melted butter and chocolate while mixing. Fold in the remaining chocolate chips. Add half of the mixture to the top of the crumbs, then toss in a few marshmallows. Add the remaining dough to the top, then place in the microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds.

3. To decorate the top, add marshmallows, you can also melt a little in the microwave.

5. Cupcake with peanut butter in a mug

INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp Corleto peanut butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp white sugar
2-3 drops of vanilla extract
Small pinch of salt
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons flour

Ground peanuts for sprinkling

PREPARATION

Melt the peanut butter and butter together in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

Add sugar, salt and vanilla and mix.

Add the egg yolk and mix again.

Add the flour and finally stir.

Sprinkle the peanuts on top and heat in the microwave for about 45 seconds.

Serve warm!
6. Chocolate Espresso Mug

INGREDIENTS

Flour-3 tbsp
Instant coffee-1 tsp
Chocolate powder or sweetened cocoa powder-2 tbsp
Sugar-2 1/2-3 tbsp
Baking powder-1/4 tsp
Milk-2 tbsp
Egg-1 no
Butter-2 tbsp
Vanilla extract-1/2 tsp.

PREPARATION

In a bowl, combine the flour, coffee, sugar and baking powder. Mix thoroughly.
Add the milk, egg, butter and vanilla extract, and mix with a fork until smooth.
Pour this into a greased mug and put it in the microwave on high heat for 90 seconds( or a few more seconds) until cooked.
Serve with a spoonful of vanilla ice cream or simply sprinkle with powdered sugar.

7. Oreo cake in a mug

If you think that Oreo is not for you or you need a couple of cookies to get enough, then this cake is for you! And it will not be enough for you 🙂
INGREDIENTS

5 1/2 tbsp flour
4 tbsp granulated sugar
1/8 tsp baking powder
1 egg
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp butter
2 Oreo

For the glaze

1 cup thick whipped cream
2 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
3 Oreos, chopped into small pieces (we recommend using a food processor)

PREPARATION

Mix all the ingredients for the cake in a large mug, except for the Oreo. Once the dough is smooth, add the Oreo to it, pressing in with a metal spoon. Cook for about 1 1/2 minutes in the microwave. Check the readiness by piercing the middle with a toothpick, if the dough remains on it, then cook for about 20 seconds.
While the cake cools, make the icing. Whisk the cream and sugar on high speed. Chop the Oreos separately in a food processor. The Oreo crumbs should be thin enough to pass through the tip of the pastry bag.
After the cream becomes thick and forms peaks, carefully fold it into a pastry bag, decorate the cake with icing and enjoy the magical taste!

8. Carrot cake in a mug

This delicious cake is perfect even for breakfast!
INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 carrot, grated
1 tsp Corleto peanut butter

PREPARATION

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together
Mix coconut oil, milk and vanilla
Finally, add the grated carrots
Put in the microwave for 90 seconds
Top with a spoonful of peanut butter

9. Blueberry muffin in a mug

INGREDIENTS

1 tsp coconut flour
1 tsp almond flour
1 tsp oatmeal
2 tsp granulated sweetener of your choice
1/2 tsp baking powder
A pinch of cinnamon
1 large egg
1 tsp banana / pumpkin puree/starch puree
1 tbsp milk
Blueberries to taste

PREPARATION

In a small bowl, mix the flour, sweetener, cinnamon, and baking powder well.

Add the egg, banana puree, and milk and mix until smooth. Add blueberries and make sure that they are present in all layers.

Put it in the microwave for 50 seconds (or up to 2 minutes, depending on your microwave) and enjoy the magical taste!
10. Cinnamon bun in a mug

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
A pinch of fine-grained sea salt
A pinch of nutmeg
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk of your choice
1 ½ tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil (or butter), melted
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

For the glaze

1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp milk of your choice
1 teaspoon coconut sugar
½ teaspoon lemon juice

PREPARATION

Mix all the ingredients for the dough in a mug, adding the baking powder last.

Place in the microwave for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine all the ingredients for the glaze in a small bowl.

Apply the icing on the hot cupcake and enjoy!
